Vacant since 2015, the building is now being transformed into <strong>Le Samuel<\/strong>, one of Montreal\u2019s most ambitious office-to-residential conversion projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is led by <strong>NexArm Investments<\/strong>, part of <strong>The Armoyan Group of Companies<\/strong>, a real estate group founded in Halifax in 1982 by the Armoyan family. Construction is currently underway and the development, now called <strong>Le Samuel par Armoyan<\/strong>, is expected to be completed this summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project reflects a growing conversation in the real estate industry around converting older office buildings into residential properties.
